We currently offer shipping services to customers in the following countries outside the United States: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. While our commitment to international service is strong, our return services are currently limited to local (U.S.-based) orders only.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Order Processing and Shipping Times

For orders within the United States, customers can expect delivery within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, shipping times range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the country. Delays may occur due to customs inspections or local delivery practices.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. SHIRLYN.CO is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or additional charges incurred.

Return Policy for United States Orders

Our return policy applies only to customers based in the United States. Returns are accepted under the condition that the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including clear garment bags with SKU stickers and tags intact. Customers must request a return authorization number and ship the item within 7 business days of receiving return instructions. All returns must be sent to: Returns Department, 17300 Railroad Street, Unit D, City of Industry, CA 91748, USA. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be declined if the return conditions are not met.

Final Sale Policy for International Orders

For international orders, all sales are final. We do not currently accept returns or offer refunds for items shipped to countries outside the United States. Please review product information and size guides carefully before placing your order. Our customer service team is available to assist with any questions you may have prior to purchase.

All intellectual property featured on SHIRLYN.CO, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, images, text, designs, and product names, are the property of Shirlyn Group or its licensors. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Customers from other countries are responsible for complying with local laws.
