Upon placing an order, please allow the following processing time before your package ships:
U.S. & U.S. Territories: 1–3 business days
International Orders (Australia, Canada, New Zealand): 1–5 business days
Processing time includes order verification, payment confirmation, quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. All times indicated below are estimates and start from the date your order ships.

Free standard shipping applies automatically to all U.S. orders over $62 (pre-tax and post-discount).

Please note: It may take up to 72 hours from the shipment date for tracking updates to appear on carrier systems.
For orders shipped in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Free Shipping: Available on all qualifying U.S. orders over $62.

These promotions apply exclusively to shipments within the United States and its territories.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and import duties imposed by your country’s customs authority.
Customs fees, taxes, and additional import charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

To avoid delivery delays or lost packages, please ensure:
The shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate (including street address, apartment/suite number, postal code, and phone number).

Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
