What is the Processing Time?

The processing time for your order refers to the duration between receiving your order and physically dispatching it. Upon receiving your order, we immediately conduct Quality Control Checks and Tests, which include assessing material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments, motifs, interiors, lining, and more. The total processing time varies based on several factors:


  1. The complexity and design of the specific item.
  2. Stock availability of individual items.
  3. Timing, such as national holidays and the time of the year.
  4. Unexpected causes, such as COVID-19.
  5. Larger orders naturally require more time.

If an item has a "SHIRLYN EXPRESS - Ship from USA" tag, it indicates that the item may be shipped from a warehouse located in the United States. If the item is not available to be shipped from a warehouse in the United States, it will be shipped from a warehouse located outside the United States.


Notes:

  1. SHIRLYN.CO currently ships to customers within the United States and U.S. territories, including P.O. Boxes.
  2. This includes all US Military bases, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
  3. At this time, SHIRLYN.CO does not ship to customers outside the United States.

Once the order has been paid for, the warehouse requires 1-3 days to process it. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be influenced by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. If your package has not been delivered or the tracking information shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service at support@shirlyngroup.com to verify within 30 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, please contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
