30 Days: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your clothing items for a refund or exchange. This applies to all purchases made throughout the year, regardless of whether the item was purchased during a promotional period or not.

Condition of Products for Return:

  • New Clothing: To be eligible for return, items must be in their original, unopened packaging and have never been worn. This includes:
  • Original Tags and Labels: Clothing must have all original tags and labels attached. These tags should not be removed or damaged.
  • Original Packaging: Items should be returned in the packaging they were shipped in, including any boxes, bags, or protective coverings.
  • Unworn and Unwashed: The clothing should not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. Items should have the original scent, free from any odors such as perfume or smoke.

Examples: A new dress with tags still attached, jeans that have never been tried on.

Used Clothing: Clothing that has been lightly used or tried on may still be eligible for return, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • Minimal Signs of Use: Items should show minimal signs of wear, such as minor creasing or a few light marks that can be cleaned.
  • Return with Tags and Labels: Even used items should be returned with all original tags and labels intact, and in the original packaging if possible.
  • Clean and Odor-Free: The clothing must be clean and free from any strong odors. It should be returned in the same condition as it was received, aside from minor wear.
  • Examples: A blouse that has been tried on but not worn, pants that have been worn once but are still in good condition.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Extended Return Period:

  • Purchase Dates: This policy applies to clothing items purchased between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.
  • Extended Return Deadline: Items purchased during this period can be returned up to January 31, 2025. This extension allows you additional time to handle returns after the busy holiday season, accommodating any holiday gifts or purchases.

How to Return

Return Method:

Mail Returns: Returns must be shipped back to us by mail. Ensure that items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Clothing: If you receive clothing that is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective:

  • Return Label Provided: We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost. Contact our customer service team at return@shirlyn.co to request this label. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong size or color, let us know immediately so we can provide the correct label and address.
  • Damaged Items: For clothing damaged in transit, include photos of the damage in your return request email.
  • Defective Items: If an item is defective, describe the issue and provide evidence if possible.
Customer Remorse: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or other personal reasons:
  • Return Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Arrange and pay for shipping through a carrier of your choice.
  • Tracking: Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us and to obtain proof of shipment.

    • Secure Packaging: Pack the clothing item securely to avoid damage. Use the original packaging if available, or a similar protective packaging.
    • Include Documentation: Place a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package. This helps us process your return more efficiently.
    • Tags and Labels: Ensure all original tags and labels are attached to the clothing.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • With Return Label: Attach the provided return label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
    • Without Return Label: If you are handling the shipping yourself, ensure you get a tracking number for your shipment.

Refund Process

Inspection and Approval:

  • Return Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the clothing to ensure it meets our return criteria. This includes checking that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refund Processing: Upon approval, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your returned item for the refund to be reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Notification:

  • Confirmation Email: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. This email will confirm the amount refunded and the method of the refund.

Additional Information

  • Currency: All transactions, including refunds, are processed in USD.
  • Restocking Fee: SHIRLYN.CO does not charge a restocking fee for returns. You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs.
